After being stabbed in the head by Chris Higgins. Jason Vorhees is believed to be dead and is taken to a Hospital for an Autopsy. However, He is Alive and kills a Doctor and a Nurse and is loose once more. He Returns to Camp Crystal Lake where Young Boy Tommy Jarvis lives with his Mother and Older Sister. A Group of Teenagers move in to a House next door to the Jarvis House. Jason begins killing the Teenagers and kills Tommy's Mother. It's now up to Tommy and His Older Sister to kill Jason and end his murderous rampage once and for all.

CRIPSIN GLOVER HALTED PRODUCTION TO FIND A TOY - During production many cast members visited a local thrift shop to purchase some knick-knacks. Glover picked himself up a little toy boat. Unfortunately, the boat sank once put into the lake. Distraught, Crispin refused to shoot any more scenes for the movie until he could find his boat.

CORE FELDMAN TRIED TO MAKE A DIRECT SEQUAL - Calling the idea Jason vs. Jarvis, Feldman pitched the concept of reprising the role to fight Jason Voorhees to vanquish him once and for all. Every sequel past The Final Chapter would be tossed out, using a similar method for when Jamie Lee Curtis returned as Laurie in Halloween H20... because that worked out.

THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE THE END OF JASON - A producer behind the Friday The 13th franchise starting to resent the films because in Hollywood no-one respected the "guy who made Jason movies". Along with Paramount's blessing they decided to end the franchise, but just like Jason, it could not be killed!
